The Lamy Group is led by Kenneth S. Lamy, CRX, a highly engaged and active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) for more than 30 years. Mr. Lamy has also done volunteer work for National Association of Real Estate Companies (NAREC), the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT).

Widely considered the global subject matter expert on retail leases, rent, sales analysis, and revenue/data verification, Mr. Lamy has assembled a team of highly skilled professionals with deep retail industry experience. Collectively, The Lamy Group staff has more than 250 years of Retail/Real Estate Auditing Experience.
