Our Service Desk operator will answer your calls from 9:00AM-6:00PM Monday-Friday, and find a technician to assist you. These calls are also monitored after-hours. Our technicians are also on call after-hours for emergencies. When you open a ticket using various Service Desk options, we are notified immediately. Your description of the problem and assignment of a priority level on the ticket gives us the information needed to prioritize assignments and address problems efficiently. Our Service Desk staff is on-call for appointments or emergencies, without requiring you to sign a “service contract” or pay a monthly fee.
