Beyond Networks’ customers are small to medium-sized businesses and organizations, many of whom do not have their own Information Technology (“IT”) staff. Our company provides IT services (networking, hardware, security, software, website development, training, etc.), as needed, billing by the hour. BNI does not require monthly fees or contracts. Rates depend on skills and expertise required.

Initial Consultation – Introductory meetings with new clients to discuss services and determine the client’s needs are free of charge.
Onsite Service – Our technicians come to you, allowing faster and more personalized service. This allows us the opportunity to learn more about how your system works so that we can provide efficient service and equipment tailored for your company.
Remote Support – We utilize LogMeIn and TeamViewer – To save time and resolve problems quickly. We can also access systems after hours to do maintenance, so your staff is not interrupted. Our clients can also use LogMeIn to access their own computers remotely.
Telephone and Email Support – We offer prompt telephone and email support from 8am-6pm and after hours.
After-Hours and Weekend Support – We are available for after-hours and weekend support when emergencies arise, and also for scheduled IT work to avoid downtime for your business..
How We Bill – Services are charged at 1/4 hour increments. Onsite appointments are billed a one hour minimum charge. We bill at a reduced rate for travel time outside of the New Orleans metropolitan area. Invoices are sent bi-monthly via email or regular mail and are due upon receipt.
